At White Peony, we take pride in our shipping policy. We ensure that your order is carefully packaged and shipped using reliable methods. We aim to provide transparent and affordable shipping costs to our customers, building trust and loyalty with every purchase.
Delivery options:
Standard delivery takes 1-3 Business days to deliver and costs €4.50.
Same day delivery in areas - Agia Paraskevi, Cholargos, Chalandri, Neo Psychiko, Papagou, Vrilissia, Marousi (order until 13.00 for the same day delivery): €4.50.
Free for orders over €50 total value.
Please note some flowers, colors, or materials may differ from those displayed as the bouquets are handcrafted, but we guarantee that they will be of equal value and of the highest quality.
The written dimensions have the less possible deviation.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase from White Peony. If you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. We believe that a straightforward refund policy is essential to building trust and confidence with our customers.
You can return unused products within 14 calendar days since the purchase by writing an email to whitepeony.ik@gmail.com indicating the reason for return.
The products must be in their original condition and include all labels. The products should be securely packaged, not necessarily in their original packaging.
Products that were made by request or customised by the customer are not refundable.
